I’ve seen confusion about this on a few forums, but no definite answers. I called Jeep and they said that the 2 are compatible, 90032 is for Jeeps and 12106 is for all FCA vehicles. This agent does not affect the coolant in any way other than making it taste very bitter as opposed to the normal sweet taste. For safety reasons, an embittering agent was added and a new designation was given, MS-12106. MS-90032 was an old designation for 10 Year / 150K mile OAT coolant that was not embittered.
